Installation Information:
Frank Lumber,The Door Store does not install, However we do provide a list of independent, licensed and bonded carpenters with many years of experience in door installation. Please call and ask one of our sales staff for information.

Pre-hanging - A pre-hung door has a new frame (jamb) wrapped around it and ready to install into a rough opening according to the dimensions you provide. For instance, an interior 30" X 80" door would need a 32" X 82" rough opening to fit with proper shimming space. Odd sizes are no problem at Frank Lumber The Door Store, just ask a salesperson for options available. Choose from a wide variety of door latches and hinge types to match the decor of your design.

Match-up - A match-up is a service Frank Lumber, The Door Store provides when your existing door is brought to our store and we machine the new door you choose to fit your existing jamb (frame). We use the old door as atemplate to locate hinges and hardware locations. Please ask a salesperson for the full details on our match-up service and to schedule an appointment to bring in your old door. Click on the link for more information.
